I know this is a story that is over a year old now, but I just found this video a couple of days ago. It is a local Milwaukee news station's report on an infamous incident which occurred in my hometown, Oconomowoc. After watching this clip, I'm not sure which is more pathetic: the dude in the story, or the reporter covering the story.
