I don't watch The Colbert Report as much as I used to, but I did catch it last night. In addition to challenging J.D. Salinger to appear on his show (apparently Colbert will rip out one story every night from Salinger's Nine Stories until the author agrees to show up), Colbert sat down with the congresswoman from Guam for a hilarious interview:
